PhysioStretch was a concept I began to develop in 2015 as a means to fuse elements of Yoga, Pilates, Calisthenics and Physio Rehabilitation Exercises that I found very beneficial into a 60 minute class.

Over the years the class has continued to develop and evolve as I researched new methods and techniques as well as seeing what worked best in class situations. A core concept of the classes are the daily 10min home routines that I have developed for you. In addition to your weekly class, these little daily top ups cement the improvements that you gain from the class. Each PhysioStretch class follows a structure to ensure that all elements of physical health is looked after:

  • Warm Up and Movement Sequences (25 mins)

  • Core Conditioning (10 mins)

  • Functional Strength (10 mins)

  • Flexibility (15 mins)
